A day retreat focusing on healing and renewal through faith-based practices, guided by a team of trauma-informed Christian pastors and clinicians. Intentionally meeting on the Saturday before Easter, we will contemplate the message of the cross and apply it's regeneration power to our inner lives.

About the event
A faith-forward rejuvenating retreat experience for women of all ages. We will practice Indigo Cruz's Prayerful Path Model, learn techniques to calm the nervous system and retrain the brain towards a state of calm, activating the body's natural self-healing abilities. Participants receive lunch, snacks two signature mocktails and endless spa water provided by The Whimsical Sip and Snackery. Wear comfortable clothes and good shoes; be prepared to go outside enjoy SoulSprout Farm Retreat.
This event has a suggested donation of $200 per attendee, but is not ticketed so that cost is not a factor in your participation. Those who can pay full price should pay. Those who cannot are still welcomed to the Farm Table.
